The hotel had a relatively convenient location for my travels.

I encountered many issues during my stay. The check-in process was extremely frustrating, as I had to wait for a long time due to the computers being down. Additionally, when I finally got to check in, I was informed that there was no room available, which was very disappointing, especially after a long journey. To make matters worse, there was no breakfast available the following morning, leaving me without a meal before heading out.

The Residence Inn provided a spacious room with a full kitchen, including a full-sized refrigerator and utensils. The easy check-in process via the Marriott app was convenient after a long drive. Additionally, the staff was attentive and promptly addressed my requests. I particularly enjoyed the Tuesday night BBQ event and the Wednesday food truck offering delicious Jamaican cuisine with enjoyable drinks.

The pool and hot tub were out of service during my stay, and I was frustrated that I didn’t get any notification about that upfront. They do offer a great location near restaurants and shops, which was convenient, but the overall amenities could use some attention to improve the guest experience.
